Description and Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic global team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Program Managers and contribute to high-impact technology initiatives. If you're eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a passion for technology, we’d love to hear from you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with teams in Sales, Offering Development, Delivery, and Operations.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
- Monitor project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and tool adoption.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role (internships included), ideally within a technology environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent English and ability to work with global teams across time zones.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
