Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
  1. 负责供应链质量平台及相关业务技术的架构升级与整体方案设计。
  1. 开展所属业务的产品需求分析、评审，完成核心功能设计与代码编写，保障业务需求高效高质量实现。
  1. 参与各系统的架构规划、性能优化、稳定性保障及安全性工作。
  1. 解决系统开发和运行中的技术缺陷与线上问题，持续优化系统质量和性能。
  1. 运用分布式系统设计和应用知识，合理应用分布式、缓存、消息等技术解决实际问题。
  1. 发挥对业务的判断力与技术掌控力，积极开展自驱学习，高效进行沟通合作。
岗位要求：
  1. 具备计算机、软件工程等相关专业学习背景。
  1. 熟悉 Java 语言，掌握 IO、多线程等基础技术，了解多线程使用、并发处理及 JVM 基本原理。
  1. 熟练运用 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等框架，并熟悉框架原理。
  1. 熟悉 mysql/postgresql、elasticsearch 等数据库，具备大数据 hadoop、spark/flink 开发经验更佳，了解常见开源分布式中间件、缓存、消息队列等。
  1. 熟悉 ZooKeeper、Kafka 等中间件，深入了解事务、锁、并发等实现机制。
  1. 掌握常用业务架构设计，具备良好编程能力与代码风格，深入理解模块化编程。
  1. 拥有技术规划和设计能力，能识别架构设计问题并提出有效解决方案。
  1. 具备良好的沟通协调、逻辑分析能力，擅长团队协作。
  1. 具有 4 年以上相关工作经验。
  1. 若具备低代码平台开发经验，或精通 Python、有 AI 项目开发经验，或有 IOT 项目开发经验，或有供应链相关领域、E2E 项目研发经验，或具备良好的英语日常沟通能力，将优先考虑。
