Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for OHD related closing / forecast / gap analysis(vs budget, QtQ, YoY, CtC etc) and partner with key stakeholder of functional department to control the OHD expense.

2. Consolidate PCG in-house plants MVA result, review the gap analysis(vs budget, QtQ, YoY, CtC etc) and conduct related cost analysis.

3. Promote global consistency and continuous process improvement especially on the dashboard reporting tool automation.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years working experience and Finance with manufacturing background is preferred.

2. Good English listening/speaking/ writing ability is preferred.

3. Experience with power BI and other digitalization tools is preferred.

4. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, good organization and coordination skills.
