About the Role
As a Sr Product Manager – AI, you’ll help define and deliver AI-powered features for Lenovo’s consumer devices. Working closely with senior PMs, engineers, designers, and AI partners, you’ll help turn concept into user-ready experiences. You'll support all aspect defining and developing AI first features with internal teams and partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Assist with cross-functional team meetings, agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups), and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of AI features.
- Support Product Definition: Analyze competitive landscape and user feedback to help define feature requirements and use cases. write product specs, PRD, and drive to productization.
- Partner Engagement: Help define and drive AI use cases with partners. Track partner deliverables and support partner integration efforts on device platforms.
- Execution & Reporting: Monitor feature performance metrics (e.g., usage, latency, satisfaction), prepare reports, and summarize findings for senior leadership.
- Leadership Reporting: Manage reporting and presentation of findings across business units, communicating and collaborating on reports with leaders across the company.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business preferred.
- 4+ years of Experience with technical project coordination or delivery for a software product.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Experience managing AI/ML products.
- 4+ years of Agile Experience with technical project coordination, product operations, or mobile software product delivery.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., model inference, APIs, agents).
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Experience working across global teams.
- Cultural competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, South American, and European cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated clearly and with tact.
- Strong experience utilizing BI tools (Power BI/Looker Studio/Big Query) to drive data-driven decision making.
- Prior experience utilizing AI tools a plus.
- Familiarity with Android or Windows development a plus.
- Agile Scrum or PMP Certification a plus.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $128-140k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our Chicago location.
