Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architecture and product teams to design effective, user-centered technical solutions.
• Translate business and user needs into scalable and compliant solution architectures.
• Support preparation and submission of materials for internal governance boards (e.g., EA, CISO).
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts such as diagrams, design documents, and trade-off analyses.
• Assist in evaluating legal, security, and operational implications of architectural decisions.
• Communicate technical concepts and options clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Learn architectural frameworks, methodologies, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of system design, APIs, and modern web technologies (e.g., REST, cloud computing, microservices).
• Exposure to security and compliance concepts (e.g., data privacy, authentication/authorization).
• Proficiency in producing technical artifacts like solution overviews, integration diagrams, or flowcharts.
• Some familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a bonus.

Key Tasks

• Assist in preparing materials for internal approval processes (e.g., Enterprise Architecture and CISO reviews).
• Participate in discovery sessions, interviews, and technical workshops.
• Document and communicate proposed solutions with clarity and impact.
• Track design decisions, trade-offs, and risks.
• Shadow senior architects and contribute to strategy sessions and roadmap planning.
• Review technology trends and research potential tools or frameworks aligned with solution needs.
