■Roles and responsibilities
Customer Relationship Marketing Communication representative who drives the projects of BtoB marketing infrastructure and communication scheme optimization by utilizing CRM/MA tools to realize Lenovo’s commercial business growth. Also marketing assistance roles are included in this role.
- Understand Lenovo’s CRM/MA tools such as Marketo and Dynamics etc. Lead the project of customer lead/pipeline nurturing process optimization among company wide.
- Manage CRM and the projects which cover its Goal, KPI, Process, Timeline, Resources etc. Drive it as project manager.
- Co-work with internal stakeholders such as segment marketer, communication team, commercial sales, operation, and the counterpart from Asia pacific in timely manner.
- Involve appropriate external vendor resources and manage it.
- Give direction to organization as professional of CRM/MA.
- Analyze the data, understand the customers’ buying behavior, and solve the issues to contribute to sales.
- Manage leads in D365/ Marketo and import them.
- Other marketing assistance such as events support of other marketing members
■Key Interaction with:
- Internal: Segment marketer (from Marketing team), Commercial sales, Asia Pacific HQ, Sales operation, eCommerce, Product & Strategy etc.
- External: Channel Partners, Customers, Creative Agency, Media Agency, Operational Agency, Event Agency
■Requirements
Must Have – essential
- CRM/MA project participation more than 3 years
- Manage any CRM tools
- BtoB marketing more than 3 years
- CRM tool optimization management
- Native Japanese with daily English conversation skill
