Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the end - to - end project management of industrial desktop products, covering the entire lifecycle from project initiation, R&D, pilot production to mass production and market launch. Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, and closely monitor progress, costs, and quality to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  1. Coordinate cross - functional collaboration among R&D, supply chain, production, and marketing teams. Identify and resolve challenges promptly to drive efficient project execution.
  1. Drive cost and quality control initiatives. Optimize supply chain and production costs while maintaining a balance between quality and efficiency, ensuring that products meet or exceed industry benchmark standards.
  1. Establish and implement risk management mechanisms. Proactively identify potential issues, develop contingency plans, and safeguard project stability and progress.
  1. Lead process optimization and innovation efforts. Promote agile development methodologies to enhance team responsiveness and boost product competitiveness in the market.
Job Requirements:
  1. Possess extensive experience in end - to - end project management, with a proven track record in successfully managing product lifecycles in the industrial desktop or related product fields.
  1. Demonstrate strong cross - functional coordination and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  1. Have in - depth knowledge of cost control, quality management, and risk management principles, and be able to apply them effectively in project management.
  1. Be proficient in leading process optimization and innovation, with an understanding of agile development methodologies and their practical applications.
  1. Show excellent problem - solving and decision - making abilities, capable of handling complex situations and driving projects forward in a dynamic environment.
  1. Have good leadership skills to inspire and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and high - performing work culture.
