This role serves as a strategic liaison between the International Sales Organisation (ISO) and the Worldwide Commercial Segment and Services & Solutions Group (SSG). The primary focus is on driving services upsell revenue, enabling go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and supporting sales initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. You would cover a wide range of Services Upsell offerings, including Global Product Solutions, Sustainability, Digital Workplace Solutions, Software & Software-led Services, Hybrid Cloud, As-a-Service Solutions, AI-powered Verticals.
You will report to the SSG Product and Sales Enablement Manager (EMEA) and works within a matrix organization, collaborating with: WW and EMEA SSG Enablement, Marketing, and Sales teams; ISO Global and Regional Sales, Marketing, and Segment teams; Corporate functions like operations and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the geo focal point for ISO business units and the main contact for WW Commercial and SSG.
- Collaborate with the SSG portfolio enablement team to define business goals and ensure sales processes align with KPIs.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Support sales enablement at the regional level, especially for end-user sales in Asia-Pacific.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Deliver regular reports on market dynamics and internal feedback.
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of services upsell revenue targets.
- Speed and efficiency in launching offerings with ISO.
- Time-to-market responsiveness to business opportunities.

*For Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 2 500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
