Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Communications Manager to support the Lenovo IDG AI Ecosystem Team’s public relations, events, and internal communications, reporting to Story Telling Director. This role plays a key part in amplifying our AI initiatives both externally and internally, helping shape Lenovo’s voice in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Lenovo’s global PR team to support media outreach, press releases, and AI-related announcements.

  • Plan and execute team-led events, product demos, and speaking engagements for key executives.

  • Create and manage internal communications materials, including newsletters, talking points, and executive updates.

  • Track communication impact and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of experience in PR, communications, or event coordination, preferably in tech.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.

  • Comfortable working across global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting product or innovation-focused teams is a plus.
