Description and Requirements
Responsible for ensuring registration and configuration of service items, monitoring of stocks, demands, consumption of parts, interaction with WWHub/Purchasing/Manufacturing Planning in the search for supply alternatives in order to guarantee availability of parts for after-sales services. E2E knowledge of the service operation to support the entire supply operation and planning of stock distribution for branches of the Service provider. Perform reverse logistics activities and destinations.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Monitoring and managing performance of the 3PLs to ensure they are meeting KPIs for both international and domestic operations, forward and reverse logistic
- Managing spare parts inventory, demand, consumption and planning the distribution across the 60+ Field Stocking Locations (FSL) network throughout Brazil territory to rive optimal performance and operational efficiency
- Interacting with WW HUB planning and fulfillment teams and local GSC teams
- Managing 3-tier order process, supporting import process and transfer order from MFG to Services and from Services to 3PLs
- Monitoring the system discrepancy and error messages for movements and take actions to correct issues in inventory, delivery notes and Nota Fiscal
- Daily/Weekly interlocks with the 3PLs Team and Management to present/review Operations Scorecard
- Working on system implementation, process alignment, and reverse parts workflow from E2E
- Provide focal/support for new logistics related projects
Position Requirements
• 5+ years of experience, ideally in a services environment
• Fluent in English
• Skilled in Excel / Reporting
• Persistent, detail oriented, able to multitask
