Description and Requirements

Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize processes.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Establishing and implementing standardized procedures across manufacturing sites.
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Establish and track KPIs (OEE, cost reduction, productivity, etc.) to measure manufacturing performance.
  • Enhancing production workflows, reducing downtime, and improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
  • Driving automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and digital transformation in manufacturing.
  • Working with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to align strategies.
  • Oversee process standardization and best practice sharing across multiple plants or locations.
  • Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and coaching teams in operational excellence methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Train and develop teams on methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
