Description and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced AI Sales Specialist to drive the growth of Lenovo’s AI solutions across enterprise accounts. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new AI-related opportunities—spanning hardware, software, services, and consulting—by leveraging account-based sales strategies in collaboration with Account Managers and One Lenovo sales teams.
Key responsibilities include evangelizing Lenovo’s AI portfolio to customers, leading the identification of generative AI opportunities, and providing subject matter expertise, education, and enablement to internal teams and channel partners. The role will also track emerging market trends, propose go-to-market (GTM) adjustments, and develop tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs.
Additionally, the AI Sales Specialist will play a critical role in building and nurturing a robust pipeline for professional services, infrastructure solutions, and software offerings, ensuring alignment with Lenovo’s broader business objectives.
- Accelerate AI sales in enterprise accounts by identifying and developing new opportunities through account-based sales tactics.
- Manage and progress opportunities to closure in collaboration with Account Managers and One Lenovo sales leadership.
- Identify and drive generative AI opportunities for services and consulting including HW and software with the International Sales Organization sales organization.
- Provide subject matter expertise support, education and training for Account Managers and possible Channel Partners to expand opportunity identification on deals.
- Evangelize with customers on Lenovo AI solutions.
- Track emerging markets and trends to identify and recommend GTM changes and solutions to address challenges.
- Develop sales strategies with account managers, One Lenovo sellers on customers needs.
- Cultivate and nurture pipeline for professional services, infrastructure services (including hardware) and software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of Experience in consultative sales roles, preferably in enterprise IT, AI, or high-performance computing environments.
- Expertise in NVIDIA Enterprise Solutions such as NVIDIA DGX, AI Enterprise, CUDA, and related AI/datacenter technologies, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Experience in IT Services Delivery & Management, including service design, implementation, and support for complex on-premises environments.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong Client Relationship Management skills, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers.
- Results-Driven Sales Mindset, with a proven track record in building pipeline, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets
