We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented ISG Sales Operation Specialist to join our Nordic Market. Based in Slovakia, this role is essential in driving operational excellence, improving sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the region.

This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. Proficiency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive operational efficiency by managing and optimising sales processes, tools, and reporting systems.

· Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

· Analyse sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

· Support territory planning, quota setting, and pipeline management activities.

· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting platforms.

· Lead initiatives to automate and standardise reporting and analytics.

· Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

· 5+ years in sales operations, business analytics, or commercial planning in a multinational setting.

· Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus

Base gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
