Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud services and Wintel administration
• Proficient in managing Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments
• Working knowledge of AWS services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell, AWS CLI, or Python is a plus)
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, patch management, and infrastructure monitoring

Preferred Qualifications:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or similar certification
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud integrations (e.g., on-prem AD with AWS)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
• Exposure to DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins) is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and documentation skills
