Responsibilities:
* Develop customer relationships at all organizational levels and increase prevalence in all product groups.
* Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret reports and information.
* Manage and plan business and sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives.
* Represent the company successfully by establishing strong communication with customers.
* Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
* Make regular customer/field visits to follow up on the voice of customers and the market closely.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development and sales.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and reports.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage and plan business activities effectively.
* Customer-focused with a strong ability to identify and meet customer needs.
* Willingness to travel for customer/field visits.
