Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Partner with a specific focus on supporting the International Sales organization in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and GTAP Region (Greater Asia Pacific) Marketing . As an HR Partner, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support to the business, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborating with other HR functions to deliver HR services and support.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources & Business partnering experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
