Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Project Specialist partnering with the International Sales Organization in the Greater Asia Pacific region. As an HR Project Specialist you will be leading and orchestrating critical HR initiatives that span multiple markets, cultures and teams. You will be part of business projects focused on organizational transformation and high performance to drive growth.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including Organization Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of multi-market HR projects and be part of critical Business projects.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, develop comprehensive project plans, KPIs, ROI, timelines, and resource allocation for regional HR initiatives.
  • Drive digital and automation solutions for workforce analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure local market needs are addressed within projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants where relevant.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide regular executive reporting on project status, milestones, and business impact
  • Conduct post-project reviews and capture best practices for future initiatives

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of HR project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR and Business transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce analytics and HR metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and change management skills.
