As an expert of Lenovo’s Services & Solutions, you will be the generalist bandmaster to focus and drive the collaboration of all internal Lenovo’s stakeholders, as well as Business Partners stakeholders in the aim of increasing both the visibility and revenue of the Lenovo Services Solutions and add beneficial Value to the Business Partner Business.
In the role of Channel Services Sales, you will be acting as a leader for international Channel Services Sales and take over responsibility for International BPs at META Level. You will be reporting to the SSG Country Lead in META and the work closely with the EMEA Channel Services Sales Manager and local Channel Management in developing Service business with Channel Partner and MidMarket Customers, as well as Platinum and Corporate BPs on international business Level.

On top of the full portfolio of Services and Solutions, the entrepreneurship and development of new services and solutions driven areas (such as Software/Security and/or "as a Services" business) will be one of the key Area for the future innovative Lenovo Strategy and Business Success. This role will act as a Focal point for Deployment solutions and Software focused Topics in the Services Sales Team and will be developing new solutions (Incubation Areas) and Managed Service Offering.
Create new Business Collaborations and identify Blind Spots in Lenovo Key Business Areas will be appreciated as well and seen as part of the role as a Services Sales at Lenovo.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Channel Growth Program to boost Lenovo Services visibility and revenue across EMEA and with strategic international partners.
- Act as SPOC for Sales/Channel teams, supporting both internal teams and Business Partners.
- Support Platinum & International Partners on deployment solutions via calls and meetings.
- Collaborate across teams including Channel, Enterprise, Public Sector, Delivery, Operations, and Marketing.
- Deliver training sessions to Business Partners on services, solutions, and sales enablement.
- Consult with clients and prospects to understand needs and support service proposals.
- Manage marketing activities within Business Partners (e.g., incentives, blitz days, challenges).
- Promote Lenovo Services as a solutions expert in internal and external calls and meetings.
- Build confidence in Channel Sales Teams to position Lenovo as a solution provider.
- Create and manage forecasts, tracking performance and results for international Business Partners.
Requirements:
- Proactive leadership and creative thinking with a “think outside the box” mindset.
- Comfortable engaging with all management levels, internally and externally.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across diverse teams and functions.
- 3+ years’ experience in Deployment Solutions, especially Microsoft Autopilot.
- 4+ years’ experience in Services & Solutions Sales, with strong channel networking.
- High self-motivation and adaptability, fluent in English and local language, with a drive to meet targets and uncover new service opportunities.
