You will
Maintain quality management systems (policies and procedures) and train staff on quality management practices.
Ensure all business required quality certifications are renewed and acquired in a timely manner.
Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and manage external quality audits.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and effectiveness.
Manage and monitor annual risk assessment exercise (for both corporate and project level) to meet certification requirements.
Monitor the effectiveness of quality controls and processes, and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
Develop, monitor and report on key quality metrics.
Drive corporate process standardization and implementation projects (e.g. KPI and Risk Reporting, Business Solutions Compliance and Technology Assessment, and Learning & Development) for all LPS offices.
Develop and organize corporate certification training.
Develop and perform budget control for Corporate Quality Certifications related activities.
You bring
Degree in Quality Management or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality management and IT industry is preferred.
In depth knowledge of ISO9001 and other QMS standards (ISO20000, ISO 27001, etc ).
Audit Certification in ISOs quality management.
Experience in CMMI Assessment is advantage.
Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in training and mentoring staff on quality practices.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
