Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1.AP Site HR Support:
Assist with daily HR operations and address immediate HR needs.
Facilitate effective collaboration between HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and various departments.

2.Employee Engagement:
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
Analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements.

3.Strategic AP HR Projects:
Provide insights and support for HR-related projects and initiatives.
Collect and analyze data to drive strategic HR decisions.

4.HR Technology and Innovation:
Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and technologies.
Recommend and support process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.

5.AP HR Site Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects that address organizational needs and challenges.
Conduct research and prepare reports on HR best practices and emerging trends.

6.AP Diversity and Inclusion:
Support the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Help design and implement programs to raise awareness and promote inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to get onboard by August onwards
