The Global Media COE (Center of Excellence) team at Lenovo is looking to accelerate Lenovo into an innovative marketer by building an in-house/agency hybrid model in all geos. As part of this goal, the NA Marketing team is building an in-house media team to manage media planning and strategy for North America Consumer and Commercial Marketing. The team is seeking an Account and Project Management Sr. Specialist to support the in-house paid media team.
We’re seeking a dynamic Account & Project Management Sr. Specialist to serve as the bridge between our internal and agency teams. This hybrid role blends strategic account oversight with hands-on project execution. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships and managing timelines to ensure we deliver and launch media plans on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for BU media leads, in-house media team and agency team.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for media planning and strategy and work with agency to ensure media execution and reporting.
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders and agency counterparts to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing conflicts.
- Use project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) to track and report progress.
- Ensure projects are closed out properly, including post-mortems and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account and/or project management at an advertising agency.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of creative and marketing workflows, timelines, and resource dependencies.
- Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a very large, fast-moving organization with many internal and external stakeholders is a bonus
- Strong verbal/written communication
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
