Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Contract Support Administrator, Legal for its Legal Global Contracts Team (GCT) reporting to the Lead Senior Contracts Manager, Americas. We are looking for aspiring legal professionals in the early stages of their careers (final-year law students or recent graduates with 1 year of experience). This is a junior-level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide contract administration support for the Global Contracts Team
  • Arrange for the approvals, signature and uploading of contracts into CLM
  • Answer contract queries
  • Establish the Contract Database for the GCT
  • Extract meta data from contract documents
  • Prepare reports relating to contract meta data
Requirements:
  • Legal academic background ideally.
  • Advanced english level, written and oral.
  • Excel knowledge.
