• Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and prioritization of digital initiatives.
• Financial Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of financial operations, management accounting, and financial analysis. Leverage financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance. Have good understanding of Accounting and management of expense and warranty cost.

✅ Skills:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 5 years of implementation experience, including at least 3 projects in a financial lead role.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global team environment.
