*Experience in Channel Sales Rebate Finance processes.
*Experience designing or implementing operating models across Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Treasury functions.
*Experience working in cross-functional teams with IT, Business Users and partners.
*Experience managing cadence for digital transformation initiatives.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong Experience with business requirements documentation and stakeholder alignment.
*Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, synthesize insights quickly, and recommend practical actions.
*Passion for driving organizational change and bringing people along on transformation journeys.
