Description and Requirements
The DT Business Process Design Analyst will play a key role in driving business process transformation and leading IT system changes to enhance MBG (Mobile Business Group) revenue, product agility, manufacturing excellence, and sales/service capabilities. This role will be responsible for leading and delivering S4 migration projects—including MBG end-to-end migration, Tablet GSC E2E migration—while aligning closely with the MBG business to design and implement digital transformation initiatives. The position will also provide ongoing support for business process optimization, system operations, and tool improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new business process models to optimize Lenovo and Motorola operations.
- Define scope of convergence by business function and coordinate with stakeholders to align requirements and solutions.
- Lead and deliver multiple MBG and Tablet GSC projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Adjust project plans and processes to address evolving business models and scope changes.
- Identify and drive improvements in processes and technologies to achieve faster, better, and more cost-effective systems.
- Support and align with MBG supply chain digital transformation initiatives, including MBG/Tablet S4 migration.
- Collaborate with business teams to resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in related roles within supply chain or digital transformation.
- Strong background in business process improvement and IT systems implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects within budget and timeline.
- Extensive business experience enabling effective communication of process changes across global teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to summarize and communicate complex issues.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S4/ECC.
- PMP certification (preferred).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English.
