Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Architect AI-Powered Market & Competitive Intelligence: Design and deploy advanced AI/ML systems (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, GenAI) for AI-native market forecasting, automated competitor intelligence and market sensing. Translate insights into strategic imperatives for market share acceleration within IT services.
2. Develop AI-First Growth Strategies: Synthesize AI-driven MI/CI insights to formulate data-backed strategies for AI-native market entry, competitive countermeasures leveraging Lenovo's AI differentiation, and alignment with disruptive AI/industry trends.
3. Ensure rigorous alignment with Lenovo's "3S" strategy, specifically integrating advanced AI into Smart IoT, Infrastructure, and Vertical Solutions, while fostering the "One Lenovo" AI ecosystem.
4. Establish AI-Driven Strategic Decision Frameworks: Build scalable, automated MI/CI platforms leveraging AI/ML for data synthesis, predictive modeling, and insight generation. Implement AI-enhanced performance tracking for strategic initiatives.
5. Provide thought leadership on applying cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., GenAI, adaptive ML, agentic systems) to solve complex business challenges.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Global Management with 6+ years of MI/CI experience in IT services, including strategic frameworks and financial metrics analysis.
2. Proven expertise in IT services competitive landscape, end-user devices, data center infrastructure, and operational technology ecosystems, with global stakeholder engagement experience.
3. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable plans, lead cross-matrix collaboration, and communicate insights effectively to senior leadership.
4. Fluency in English and Chinese for global team coordination; project management skills and business acumen for driving strategic initiatives.
5. Preferred: MBA or 3+ years in Corporate Strategy/Consulting; experience in Fortune 500 tech firms or startups; sales/channel management exposure.
