About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our financial measurement reporting operations, improve customer experience, and achieve strategic goals. This position will join our global team at our Morrisville, NC location on a hybrid schedule 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the financial vision and roadmap, securing buy-in and support.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and prioritization of digital initiatives.
- Possess a deep understanding of financial operations, management accounting, and financial analysis.
- Leverage financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
- Have good understanding of Accounting and management of expense and warranty cost
- Champion change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and digital adoption.
- Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement robust project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Digital Transformation experience with SAP FICO or related Finance products.
- 3+ years of Finance Digital Transformation Experience as a lead.
- 5+ years of Finance software application experience (implementation).
- Hands-on Experience working within SAP FICO.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI architecture design, AI solution design, data analytics, and change management.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin a plus.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3days/wk at our Morrisville, NC location.
