Location: Slovakia (with responsibility for employees across 15+ European countries)
As a Senior HR Specialist, you will support the Customer Engagement Center (CEC) and its leaders in developing and implementing both strategic and tactical HR initiatives. In this role, you will build strong partnerships, drive successful HR programs across matrixed organizations, and bring valuable global experience to the table.
To succeed, you will need organizational agility, strong prioritization, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage projects with excellence.
What You’ll Do
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships at all levels.
- Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues to foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Manage and track headcount.
- Handle HR operations, including Workday transactions, one-time payments, and data changes.
HR COE Partnership
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and global HR partners.
- Ensure that corporate HR programs (talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, etc.) are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Talent Management & Development
- Drive talent management and development programs.
- Support organizational design, change management, leadership coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
Senior Leadership Partnership
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Consult and coach leaders on total rewards, promotions, and career progression to support quality decision-making.
Talent Assessment & Analytics
- Use data, reports, and assessment tools to identify business trends.
- Ensure the right HR solutions are in place to support organizational needs.
Performance Management
- Lead performance management processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on reviews, feedback, development, and succession planning.
- Advise on promotion and progression decisions, including organizational design impact.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven HR experience as a Partner or Generalist (multi-country HR support experience strongly preferred).
- Experience in high-tech or high-growth global organizations.
- The ability to inspire and influence senior-level leaders globally to adopt HR best practices.
- Strong skills in organizational effectiveness, design, and change management.
- Business acumen to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Executive presence with strong communication and consulting abilities.
- Leadership and interpersonal strengths — persuasion, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
- A results-driven mindset with strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in changing environments.
- High integrity, accountability, and customer focus.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
