✅ Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, with expertise in FP&A, Accounting Consolidation, Expense Management or Risk Management.
• 3+ years of experience in global finance transformation projects (e.g., FP&A, Audit), with a track record of delivery process or system improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global team environment.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.
• Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI architecture design, AI solution design, data analytics, and change management.
