Description and Requirements

The operations assistant in a repair process must be an organized individual with basic technical knowledge and skills to manage workflow, inventories, and repair documentation. Additionally, they must possess soft skills such as communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability, which will enable them to collaborate effectively with the technical team and maintain an efficient, customer-oriented repair process.
This person plays a crucial role in managing daily operations and must be prepared to face a wide variety of issues, from delays in repairs to challenges with internal communication or customer complaints. Their ability to manage workload, maintain organization, and ensure smooth communication with repair technician and supervisor is essential to ensure that the repair process is efficient and that customers receive high-quality service.

  • Initial Inspection
  • Registration of equipment in managing system (NGSP)
  • New parts reception and distribution
  • Triage of the devices
  • Final inspection & Sanitization
  • Creation of AWB to return device to customer
  • Communication with customers

  • Generating labor reports
  • Final detailing
