What You’ll Do
1. Architecture & Technical Leadership

Lead the design of robust private cloud architectures with scalability, performance, and high availability at the core.

Provide technical leadership, guiding teams through complex design decisions and reviews.
2. Cloud Platform Expertise

Architect and optimize OpenStack solutions (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Glance).

Implement and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration systems.

Develop solutions for dynamic scheduling and elastic resource scaling.
3. Innovation & Emerging Tech

Research hybrid cloud, serverless, and AI-integrated cloud solutions to keep our platform ahead of the curve.

Share strategic technical insights to spark team innovation and strengthen competitive edge.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to turn business needs into technical architectures.

Lead design reviews and mentor teams on best practices.

Deliver clear technical documentation and architectural blueprints.
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

5+ years in cloud architecture with proven expertise in OpenStack and Kubernetes.

Hands-on experience with OpenStack core modules (Nova, Glance, Keystone, Neutron) and large-scale cloud deployments.

Strong knowledge of major public clouds (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and hybrid cloud setups.

Skilled with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Zabbix).

Excellent communication skills; able to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.

Contributions to OpenStack/Kubernetes open-source communities a strong plus.
