Job Responsibilities
1.Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to integrate ESG criteria into supplier management and sourcing decisions.
2.Lead initiatives to improve suppliers’ ESG performance in areas such as greenhouse gas emissions, water stewardship, waste management, labor rights compliance, and responsible sourcing of raw materials.
3.Implement ESG compliance programs, monitor regulatory and standard requirements, and proactively mitigate supply chain ESG risks.
4.Develop and deliver training, tools, and best practices to internal teams and suppliers to strengthen ESG awareness and operational capabilities.
5.Track, analyze, and report supplier ESG performance metrics to support business decision-making.
6.Support team on projects that translate ESG strategy into actionable operational initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline;
2.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in supply chain ESG management, with a track record of both strategic leadership and operational execution.
3.Fluent in written and spoken English, able to communicate effectively and prepare reports in an international working environment
4.Experience working on both the client side (brand/enterprise) and supplier side (vendor), providing a full understanding of supply chain dynamics.
5.Knowledge of global ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., RBA, EcoVadis, OECD Due Diligence, CDP, SBTi, ISO 14001, TCO, EPEAT). Knowledge of EPEAT is a plus
6.Team spirit, strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and suppliers.
7.Knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Python, etc.) and AI technologies will be considered an advantage.
