Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the status of HRIS projects and support prioritization efforts across initiatives.
  • Monitor resource allocation and assist with resource planning and management to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Support contract and vendor management, including payment tracking, vendor performance review, and contract renewal.
  • Track budget versus actual expenses and provide regular budget updates to HRIS Director.
  • Drive internal team initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes.
  • Organize and facilitate regular team meetings and communications.
  • Coordinate team-building activities and internal events.
  • Provide administrative support to HRIS Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3-5 years PMO or HRIS/Digital Transformation experience is preferred..
  • Excellent written and verbal English is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management & multi-tasking ability.
  • Good sense of data, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Responsible and self-driven, good behavior of integrity and compliance.
  • Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams across the globe.
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
