Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate AI-enhanced mobile applications using Android and Kotlin.
- Develop and experiment with generative AI techniques to create smart, context-aware user experiences across a number of mobile products and platforms.
- Assist in the integration of AI ecosystem models into the mobile delegation architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take delivery of AI ecosystem components and integrate them into MBG product platforms and experiences.
- Staying current with the latest trends in AI/ML, mobile development, and cloud technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Academic or internship experience in mobile development (Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift).
- Familiarity with Python, Java, or C++, and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) through coursework or projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework or project experience in AI/ML, especially generative AI or prompt engineering.
- Understanding of system architecture and interest in embedded or hardware-integrated AI.
- Experience with tools like Android Studio, Git, or Jira.
This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois. The requirement is three days in office/week. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $70,000 – 90,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
