Lenovo’s Services & Solutions Group is experiencing tremendous growth and innovation. As we expand our global footprint and capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic a Sr. Services Sales Program Manager to join our GPS Services team. This role plays a critical part in launching new GPS & Sustainability service offerings, optimizing current portfolios, and ensuring high performance across our product lifecycle.
As the Senior Product Launch & Performance Manager, you will lead, and drive key initiatives focused on launching new services and optimizing existing offerings. You will work closely with teams across Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Digital Transformation, IT, and Operations to ensure services are effectively launched, sustained, and continuously improved. Your insights and leadership will directly contribute to driving growth, improving sales KPIs, and ensuring Lenovo's services remain competitive and customer-focused.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze service product performance to identify drivers, gaps, and opportunities across areas such as pricing, offer design, marketing, training, sales programs, and operations.
- Develop strategic insights and action plans to enhance product adoption, attach rates, and overall revenue.
- Create and manage annual and quarterly plans to drive growth across service offerings.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Digital Transformation teams to incorporate services requirements into ongoing and future initiatives.
- Support cross-functional stakeholders including Global Process Owners and IT to ensure alignment and delivery of key service projects.
- Lead regular performance reviews, including product line reviews with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Define and implement strategic frameworks, processes, and tools to support performance goals and operational success.
- Contribute to new product development by evaluating business cases and supporting key launch activities, including go-to-market strategy & planning, sales enablement content, training materials, and supporting collateral.
- Promote best practice sharing and foster a high level of cross-functional collaboration globally.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Business Analysis, Product Performance Management, or Sales Strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience presenting and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and identify business opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results through influence.
