We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our CXD team and help shape experiences that make complex technology feel simple, intuitive, and human. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to Product and Engineering teams—turning strategy into seamless journeys that delight our users and drive impact for the company.
As a member of the team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end design problems: from framing insights with stakeholders and exploring bold concepts, to crafting detailed flows, prototypes, and final interactions.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, balances craft and strategy, and is eager to influence product direction while still getting hands-on with the details of design.
What you’ll do:
- Lead design for critical product initiatives.
- Translate insights, data, and strategy into elegant and usable solutions.
- Create prototypes, flows, and design specs that enable smooth collaboration with engineers.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers in defining the “why,” “what,” and “how” of new features or enhancements.
- Raise the design bar through critique and advocacy of best practices.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and scalability are built into everything we ship.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from problem framing to final UI.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.), prototyping, and systems thinking.
- Experience working cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- A balance of strategic thinking and pixel-perfect execution.
