Expected salary: Depending on the current salary and experience, we would make our decision. (*Our target salary is upto 6.9M.)
Discretionary labor system allowance: JPY 70,000 / Month (Band 7)
Working hours: 9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holiday

Roles and responsibilities
- Project Management with PC ODM/OEM and battery supplier
- Design and NPI management of battery
- Measure/evaluate FW performance
- Release development status report, draft design/engineering documents
- Problem solving for NPI and MP issues
Key Interaction with:
- Battery & System development team in Yokohama Japan/China/Taiwan/US
- External Battery pack suppliers and key parts vendors (Cell, MPU and safety devices)
- External PC ODM companies
- External FW partner companies, both domestic and international
Requirements
Must Have – essential
- More than 1 year experience as a function owner to develop electrical devices (mass production level)
- Project management experience of electrical devices from development to mass production
- Total thinking/evaluation based on EE (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) and Firmware/Software experience
- Min 3-4 years of engineering working experience
- Business Level or higher Japanese language
- Business Level or higher English language communication skill (TOEIC score 600 or above)
Good to have – desirable
- EE design of Note book PC or computer, battery BMU board
- Problem debugging and solving skill
