Description and Requirements
The Job:
- Support and contribute to large-scale hybrid cloud platform modernization projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal digital application performance.
- Participate in hybrid infrastructure projects, ensuring effective implementation and integration.
- Monitor cloud project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Prepare solution architecture diagrams and documentation.
- Support solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.
- Help develop presentations and proposals highlighting solution benefits and ROI.
- Provide technical support during sales cycles and assist in troubleshooting implementation issues.
- Hold and Maintain relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud) and commit to ongoing education.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and solution design (4 years).
- Relevant industry certifications highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for technology.
- Commitment to continuous learning in emerging technologies.
