This is an unique opportunity to educate and elevate consumer experience within the smartphone segment.
As the Global Brand Campaign Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing global communication strategies and campaigns for brand image building and sustainment. You will own the development of integrated campaigns guided by the Regional plans, working closely with creative and channel partners from ideation through execution, and partner with Regional Marketing and Global teams - Product Marketing, PR and Research - to develop scalable and breakthrough global integrated communication launches.
Key Components of the Role:
Lead the planning and execution of 360o integrated campaigns, driving collaboration with a sizable team of cross-functional stakeholders.
Ownership of integrated communications plans and brief; management of all aspects of the campaign process from plan to strategy to ideation to execution to measurement.
Manage creative asset development and delivery with external partners (agencies) and internal creative hub.
Work in partnership with Global Research & Insights team to design learning agendas and measurement.
Develop and manage relationships with key country partners, developing a deep understanding of country goals, strategies, insights and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional and global teams in order to develop and deliver marketing campaigns throughout the activation calendar.
Lead campaign meetings and reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners.
Manage campaign budget and oversight campaign governance.
Minimum Qualifications | Who are we looking for:
BA required.
8+ years experience in marketing as Brand Manager, leading branding and ATL campaign planning and executions.
Strong Premium & Lifestyle marketing background.
Above the average project management and organizational skills to drive complex agendas of multiple priorities and stakeholders, juggling multiple projects and project timelines.
Strong communication skills.
Strong story-telling and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment with a strong “Can do” attitude.
Enthusiasm for brand marketing.
Demonstrated educational or professional international experience.
Fluent English is mandatory as this is a Global position with constant contact with several cultures.
