Advisory IT Engineer

Job Description

Advisory IT Engineer for Smart Manufacturing Operation System(MOM), be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, and optimization of smart manufacturing system, ensuring successful project delivery and exceeding customer expectations. Play a crucial role in overseas markets by providing high-quality pre-sales consulting services, participating in the formulation and implementation of bidding strategies, and helping the team win key projects.

Main Responsibilities

Delivery the smart manufacturing operation management systems

• Lead team to deliver the project on time, meeting quality and quantity requirements.
• Resolve complex technical issues during the project implementation process and offer technical support and training.

Pre-sales consulting in overseas markets

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of overseas market customers and provide customized intelligent manufacturing solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, conduct product demonstrations and technical exchanges to boost customer confidence.
• Compose pre-sales consulting reports to provide technical support and market insights to the sales team.

Bidding strategy and proposal support

• Analyze the requirements of bidding projects and formulate bidding strategies and proposal frameworks.
• Draft detailed technical proposals, implementation plans, and cost budgets.
• Prepare bidding presentation materials, take part in bidding presentations, and strive to win the bid for the project.

Job Requirements

Educational background

• Hold a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, electronic engineering, or related fields.

Professional skills

• H Have rich experience in smart manufacturing,such as shopfloor control,QC, automation and Internet of Things technologies,ect.
• Have a deep understanding of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Have rich development experience , the technical stacks are:

  BackEnd: Mastery of SpringBoot/SpringCloud/Mybatis

  FrontEnd: Familiar with Vue

  AI: Skilled at Python/Familiar with Scikit-learn/XGBoost/PyTorch/TensorFlow/Agent&RAG&MCP for LLM.

Language skills

• Be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling cross - cultural communication.
• Have a good command of Chinese for effective collaboration with the domestic team.

Work experience

• Have at least 5 years of work experience in intelligent manufacturing, automation, or related fields.
• Have successfully led at least one large - scale intelligent manufacturing system implementation project.
• Candidates with pre - sales consulting or bidding support experience in overseas markets are preferred.

Requirements for advanced certificates

• Hold relevant advanced certificates in the field of intelligent manufacturing, such as the Intelligent Manufacturing IT Planner Certificate, Artificial Intelligence Engineer Certification, etc.
• Hold relevant advanced certifications in the IT field, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library Certification), AWS Certification, etc.

Continuous learning and innovation ability

• Be highly sensitive to new technologies and be willing to keep learning and innovating.
• Be able to apply new technologies to project implementation to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Have the ability of AI innovation, have practiced AI scene delivery, and have sufficient research on the development trend of AI.
