Description and Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Vendor Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Hybrid Cloud projects from external vendors. In this role, you will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that all vendor-delivered work is executed on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, vendor oversight, and professional services delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor delivery of services and projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain delivery plans, risk logs, and track vendor deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring completion criteria are fulfilled.
  • Lead regular delivery status meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders, escalating risks and driving resolution when needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to support vendor execution and resolve dependencies.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs and contract compliance, validate invoices, and support contract amendments, extensions, and renegotiations.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and vendors, identifying service gaps and escalating underperformance to management.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and decisions clearly and regularly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain vendor dashboards, reporting tools, and documentation, including contract repositories and renewal tracking.
  • Ensure vendor delivery aligns with organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks, supporting audit readiness and third-party reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project delivery, vendor management, or supplier delivery coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent vendor projects or workstreams.
  • Experience working with global vendors and outsourced delivery partners.
  • Experience in IT Professional Services is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

*For Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from 3 100 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
