Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage AI Training Data & Model Operations: Proactively identify high-frequency unclassified and negatively-rated user queries; establish and maintain a complete data pipeline from rapid annotation to model retraining; implement a closed-loop optimization system (AI pre-screening → manual analysis → model refinement).
  2. Oversee Knowledge Management & Self-Service Optimization: Maintain and enhance the knowledge base system, generate semantic variations, and improve answer quality; monitor and analyze self-service performance metrics (answer recall, precision, resolution rate).
  3. Conduct Efficiency & Cost-Benefit Analysis: Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track KPIs (intent accuracy, transfer rate, CSAT, self-service rate); establish an ROI evaluation framework to quantify efficiency gains and cost savings from AI self-service solutions; analyze labor cost reduction and productivity improvements achieved through automation; produce regular reports demonstrating the business value and cost optimization impact of AI implementations.
  4. Drive Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Integration: Partner with business units to understand operational processes and identify automation opportunities; serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders; manage and prioritize the AI implementation backlog based on business impact and ROI analysis; drive end-to-end project execution from concept to deployment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Data, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Have 2+ years of work experience in data operations, chatbot management, or related fields.
  3. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify business value and cost savings.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills.
  5. Be fluent in both Chinese and English.
