Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end UI and interaction design for AI-driven systems and products, including but not limited to AIGC tools, intelligent Q&A systems, and RPA platforms.
2. Participate in early-stage project planning, collaborating with PMs and POs to conceptualize features and experiences, and deliver high-quality design solutions for business systems and products.
3. Demonstrate strong sensitivity to user experience, with the ability to flexibly adjust design perspectives and interaction approaches.
4. Analyze and interpret design trends, especially in the context of AI applications, to identify user motivations and needs. Deliver efficient design solutions with rapid iteration and timely retrospectives.
5. Design innovative user experiences based on generative AI interaction paradigms, such as prompt-based interactions and intent-driven UI.
6. Conduct user research and data analysis, develop user personas and usage paths based on business scenarios, and optimize product experience.
7. Build design systems and develop prototypes tailored for AI products, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and response mechanisms. Utilize AI-assisted design tools for rapid prototyping and iteration.
8. Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers, and business experts to validate and implement AI products. Provide supporting materials such as design documentation, interaction specifications, and user guides.
9. Support the design of other digital promotional materials as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
2. Professional Skills: Proficient in mainstream design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Familiar with interaction logic of AI products, with experience in prompt design and conversational UI (CUI). Understanding of how generative AI can be applied in the design workflow.
3. Project Experience: Prior experience in designing AI-related products is preferred, such as intelligent customer service, knowledge Q&A systems, or data visualization platforms. Experience in building design systems from scratch or participating in POC validation.
4. Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical, business, and product teams. Proficient in English for work-related communication.
5. Bonus Point: Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Model) application scenarios. Basic front-end development skills or understanding of AI model deployment processes. Experience using AI design tools (e.g., CoDesign, Uizard, Runway).
6. Mandatory: Must provide a portfolio of mature design work.
