Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the consolidation of CHQ & Others, including budget, forecast, and actual results. The position requires strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
1. Lead the consolidation process for CHQ & Others across budget, forecast, and actuals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
2. Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify root causes and provide meaningful recommendations to stakeholders.
3. Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations for management review.
4. Develop a strong understanding of financial frameworks and systems to support efficient data processing and analysis.
5. Partner effectively with Controllers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
6. Manage ad-hoc requests by breaking down complex tasks into actionable steps and delivering results under tight timelines.
7. Apply structured problem-solving approaches to drive process improvements and enhance reporting quality.
