Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
负责利用数据分析优化AI PD/NBA 等AI 相关产品，包括：
1. 分析不同渠道的行为数据，构建数据集，评估和优化 intent 模型及大语言模型，提升诊断效率和准确性。
2. 构建和维护数据分析平台，设计指标体系，开发可视化工具。
3. 数据分析与挖掘：
(1) 分析不同渠道的用户的行为特征和需求，为不同渠道问题诊断提供数据支持。
(2) 挖掘用户问题之间的关联关系，构建问题知识图谱，提升诊断准确率。
(3) 分析诊断结果数据，识别潜在的产品问题或改进点，为产品迭代提供数据支持。
4. 模型评估与优化：
(1) 评估 intent 模型的准确率、召回率等指标，分析模型误判原因，提出优化方案。
(2) 跟踪大模型对用户问题总结的准确性和完整性，协助优化模型训练数据和方法。
(3) 探索新的机器学习算法和模型架构，提升诊断效率和准确性。
5. 数据平台建设：
(1) 参与构建和维护 PC 问题诊断数据分析平台，设计数据指标体系，开发数据可视化工具。
(2) 与工程师合作，确保数据采集、存储和处理的准确性和高效性。
岗位要求：
1. 计算机科学、统计学、数学、数据科学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 技能要求：
(1) 熟练掌握 Python、SQL 等数据分析语言和工具。
(2) 熟悉常用机器学习算法和深度学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等。
(3) 具备良好的数据分析和挖掘能力，能够独立完成数据清洗、特征工程、模型训练等工作。
(4) 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同角色进行有效沟通。
3. 经验要求：
(1) 具有 3 年以上数据分析或数据挖掘相关工作经验。
(2) 具有 AI 产品相关经验者优先。
(3) 具备ASR,知识图谱及自然语言处理经验者优先。
4. 英语可以作为工作语言。
