About the Global Supply Chain Rotational Program:
Lenovo recruits highly motivated graduates from diverse colleges and universities to join our Global Supply Chain Rotational Program (GSCRP) to develop the future leaders of one of the world’s top Supply Chains and Operations.
- 2-year program with four challenging rotations in Monterrey, Mexico, where you will develop a broad base of understanding across supply chain and engineering.
- Rotations are designed to maximize both visibility to executive leadership and the business impact that program members can provide.
- Immersive experience in Manufacturing by working in one of Lenovo’s biggest factories, located in Monterrey, Mexico.
- Upon successfully completing the program, you'll be ready to find a final placement within Lenovo.
About the Rotations:
The GSCRP in Monterrey is focused on developing yourself within the Engineering, Business and Smart Ops (BI) tracks by going through a customizable set of rotations that may include a combination of the following areas:
- Order Execution
- Demand Planning
- Inventory
- Fulfillment
- Project Management
- Components Assurance
- Local Manufacturing Engineering
- Test Engineering
- Quality Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Supply Chain
- Product Operations
- Finance
- Data Engineering
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Have completed your university studies between 2024 and June 2026 with a degree in the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in developing yourself within the Global Supply Chain Engineering area.
- Curious about new technological advancements and eager for the opportunity to make an impact and grow your career in a global technology company.
- Able to think on your feet and brainstorm fresh ideas while keeping up with the fast-paced nature of today’s global supply chain.
- Able to drive valuable insights from data to make recommendations and sound business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and improving systems, processes, and facilities to optimize the use of resources, such as labor, materials, and energy.
- Ability to use knowledge of Industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws, production and manufacturing processes, quality control and inventory management, and ability to work with other professionals such as designers, production managers, and suppliers.
- Technical understanding or familiarity with coding languages/software (VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, or Python).
- Experience with designing and working with computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation software.
