We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Service Engineering Specialist to provide global support for Motorola’s service partners. This role is critical in ensuring smooth repair processes, effective troubleshooting, and the successful introduction of new products. Acting as the focal point, you will collaborate with IT teams to drive automation, implement AI-powered solutions, and align operations with Lenovo’s “One Lenovo” strategy. This position requires both strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to support worldwide partners and deliver best-in-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support Motorola service partners to solve day to day repair process, tool, SW relevant issue, the partner will be from worldwide authorized service center, 3PL of carrier, distributors.
- Maintain the operational KPI including tool pass rate, MTTR, and MTBF.
- Release process recipe or device firmware to support new product introduction and Sustainable old product support.
- Collaborate with various IT team to create eco-system and support corporate strategy on ONE Lenovo and AI.
- Implement AI-powered automation into the service platform and operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of mobile phone engineering experience on functionality automation testing or diagnosing, proficient in customized tool debug, log collecting, log diagnosing, and resolution.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous success in producing mobile phone manufacturing or after-sale service tool platforms.
