About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Retail Manager to lead co-marketing initiatives with key retail accounts and drive impactful consumer engagement for Lenovo products. Key Responsibilities

Retail Co-Marketing Strategy
Partner with Lenovo Sales Account Executives to develop and execute integrated marketing plans for new product launches, in-store merchandising, and end-user demand generation (e.g., digital inserts, social media, email campaigns, retail circulars). -
Performance & Budget Management
Define KPIs and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI. -
Storefront Merchandising
Implement and oversee effective product display strategies and point-of-purchase (POP) materials to maximize retail sell-through. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with business units, product teams, and sales managers to align marketing efforts with product and sales strategies. -
Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with marketing teams from strategic alliance partners including Microsoft, Google, Intel, and AMD to develop joint marketing activities. -
Creative Asset Development
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce customized marketing assets tailored to retail partner needs. -
Market & Consumer Insights
Monitor competitive landscape and consumer buying trends to inform agile marketing responses and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in the tech or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of co-marketing, merchandising, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and manage budgets effectively.
- Experience working with strategic partners and cross-functional teams.
