Description and Requirements

The incumbent directly reports to E/AE and is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on designated equipment and sub-systems, as well as managing daily operations.

In addition to these primary duties, the incumbent is also responsible for:

  • Participating in technical projects, which may involve the installation and integration of equipment/network systems.
  • Assisting in the establishment of maintenance procedures.
  • Supporting E/AE in managing the inventory of equipment and spare parts.
  • Resolving technical issues and suggesting minor modifications to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Performing first-line service recovery and post-recovery tasks related to fault identification and clearance to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Undertaking round-the-clock shift duties as required.
