Job Description: -

• Implement, Manage and Support AWS VPC, EC2, Cloudwatch, RDS, Security and Glass panel remediation, IAM Analyser, Firewall review, AWS tagging, Transit gateway
• Integrate AWS VPC and AWS Cloud to external systems
• Working experience in S3, CloudFront, CloudTrail and One Trend Micro
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Standard/Enterprise administration, backup with restore and upgrade
• Windows Domain administration and setup, server patch and security management and VMS remediation for various system Windows, Hyper – V host, ESXi Host.
• Upgrade and apply security patching for Vcenter, Software and Tools
• Working Experience in Backup, Storage is added advantages
• Proficient in all latest windows operation system, server, network configuration & protocols
• Proficient in Incident, problems management and various handling service request
• Having knowledge in Linux server administration and patching with Azure Cloud is added advantage
• Application setup, configuration and deployment (bulk of the work)
• Monthly & Ad-hoc security patching (Windows, ESXi, Linux)
• Event log review and provide reports

Requirements:

• Min. 4-5 years of Cloud experience, preferable in SI and WOG environment
• Preferably with Cloud certification, for example AWS Cloud solutions architect, Azure cloud and Wintel administrator etc.
• Expertise VM Ware, ESXI, MS Hyper-V and SFTP administration
• Expertise in AD, DNS, PKI, IIS and MS Cluster administration
• Knowledge in Microsoft .Net, IIS, SharePoint Administration, NetBackup, Storage administration
• Possess good knowledge on ITIL Process
• Ability to provide support, troubleshoot and resolve problem
• Ability to conduct regular health check, antivirus update on servers
• Ability to work independent and as a team player
• Ability to co-ordinate with vendor/Customer/Team members to solve problem
• Ability to do documentations, preparing reports and updating on time
• Ability to analyse vulnerability reports and provide timely remediation
• MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint knowledge for preparing monthly reports
• Flexible to work onsite from customer location multiple sites and after office hours.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Wintel Administrator with working experience in ESXi, VMware, Vcenter, vSAN.
• Strong experience managing databases in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of DC, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS
• Experience with Server monitoring tools and automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
• Working experience in WOG environment and GCC is added advantages
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, VMware 7.0, Microsoft Server administration, , AWS, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus.
